• Child Protection training/Police Checks
• Current Child Protection Training Certificates
• Relevant Certificates e.g. First Aid, Cert IV in Training and Assessment (if required).
• Child Protection Training certificates e.g. Child Safe Environments, Child Safe etc.
• Working Children or Teacher’s registration documents for your state
  • Victoria, Western Australia and Tasmania – Copy of your current Working with Children Card
  • Queensland – Copy of your Bluecard
  • South Australia – Copy of your Working With Children’s Check email confirmation
  • New South Wales – Full details of your WWCC number and name should have already been recorded in the form.
